How do I provide you personalization details?

During checkout process, there is a section called "Notes", you can enter the order details there. Or you can email me at chase @ nestnotes.com directly. Your order won't get made without those details and we will reach out to you if we don't have them or to send you a form if needed.

What is the Nestnotes app?

Nestnotes is an app for families that helps surface and capture the moments that matter most and translates them into lasting digital + print keepsakes. In other words, it's one of the projects we are the most proud and excited about. We've designed an app to help families capture all their most important memories and automatically creates fully personalized, infographic-driven print keepsakes with the same effort it takes to send a text message. 

When is your app being released?

Getting the Nestnotes app off the ground has been one of the hardest projects I've ever taken on. We've gotten really close a couple times only to hit the same kind of barriers I imagine many small business owners encounter. Right now, our target launch date is early spring of 2019. In the meantime, we're going to continue rolling out new print products that we hope you love.

What is your return policy?

We are dedicated to making products that you love and will want to immediately hold onto and cherish. For items that are damaged in shipping or arrive in poor condition, we will offer you a full refund or replacement (we ask that you send a photo of the damage). If your personalized keepsake has a typo that is our fault, we will also gladly replace it.

Because most of our items are made to order and fully personalized, we can't accept returns for reasons other than the above described.
